I recently went to er because of sharp pains in my chest and spasms under my left rib. ?

The doctor said it might be plueritis. I read on symptoms and I have none of them. They gave me vicoden and it didn't help with the pain. My heart beat would jump up to 93 then down to 56 it. Kept going up and down. My bps read 133/90. Then 107/82 . Any other ideas I am in pain most of the time especially if I do activity
