I recently got accepted at a university but the other day I got suspended.?

How will this affect me? I have a 3.8 gpa and I do alot of extra curricular stuff but can the university change their decision and not accept me when they see my final transcripts?
I got one day off school suspension because i spilled water on a bunsen burner and the teacher wrote me up for destruction of school property.
