I received horrible service at Garden Ridge, how can I contact a complaint department?

I need to fill in a complaint for Garden Ridge Pottery in San Antonio, Texas. I really need some help! What can I do? I asked to file a report at the store but they didn't take me serious. I would appreciate a phone number/email. Thank You!
