Well that's the only cable box they had, all the new ones were gone. I have the Motorola DCT2224. I have Charter, if that helps. I was given a number to call to activate my cable box, so I did just that. She said it would take up to 24 hours for my cable box to reset. When I first got it all hooked up, the channels worked but I only received channels 952-999. My current package with Charter is basic cable, so I only have channels 3-93? 90 something, ha, anyway. Its been a week. I tried Auto-programming my television twice. I tried holding the power button and the select button, and then shutting it off. I don't know why I only get those 7 channels.
