my tax return? My only income came, by monthly check. I don't receive any type of form, showing the yearly amount. So, I'm not sure how to show/prove what I've made.

If you're asking about the stimumlus plan payments you need to file a tax return to receive one. Since your income isn't taxable you need to file a special Form 1040-A tax return this year to show your qualifying income. Here's a link to a sample: http://www.irs.gov/pub/newsroom/1040a.pdf And here's a link to some more VA specific information: http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=179203,00.html

i do not expect this taxable call I 800 and i am sure it is not reported to irs you can be sure from the place that send you the check

Is it from the DOD or from the VA? VA Disability Compensation is nontaxable. VA sends an annual letter (usually in January) notifying you of the amount.
