What are some of the best exercises I can do to burn fat and tone my stomach and legs?
Also, what are some good things that I should be eating during this.
And one more thing
Over the past month my dietary intake usually consist of maybe 5 small cookies, and then a small meal such as a bowl of spagetti. I do exercises at night such as 100 crunches, pushups, squats, etc; but I have remained the same weight at 138. Why is that? I'm assuming its becaue I dont do cardio, but the problem is I don't go to the gym and there really isn't a place near home to run or anything. So what would be some good cardio ideas?
Also, what are some good things that I should be eating during this.
