I really want to go to NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Help?

The problem is that I have a pretty low GPA like 3.0 and I need to bring it up to a 4.0 by the end of high school, at least. I really love this school, I took a tour there and it was like a dream school for me. I really want to pursue an acting career and I think Tisch would really help me for my future. How can I get in?
