I really want to find a soldier to be a penpal to, but I don't just want to write a letter, I want a person to write letters to and hear back from consistently, a real penpal who is looking for one too. I've looked online and things are confusing and unclear about what to do, so can someone please help me find one and help me understand how to address it, etc.?
