ok, so i've been trying off and on for like 2 years now and i still havnt gotten anything more than basic right. i really want to be able to do a decent webpage atleast. i can do the small stuff (backgrounds,text,links,pictures,etc.) but i don't know how in the world to make a nice fancy layout like so many websites do. can someone please reccommend me a good tutorial or something? thank you very very much!
and i can do decent graphics because i already have paint shop pro (i've had it for like two years) and i already make icons for aim, and avatars for like msn and other things, and cellphone wallpapers. its just the codeing i'm not so great with.
*codeing for website building and such that is. i don't need to code those because i just upload them to an icon website (iconator.com)
