ok so i weigh 180 & i'm 18.5 years old, about 5'7"..i want to weigh around 135.
i figured that i want to loose all of that weight effectively. i've actually already started & i've lost 10 lbs so far but i want to know if i'm doing the right thing :]
breakfast-
oatmeal w/ a packet of splenda & some strawberries. (oatmeal is made in water)
cup of coffee with sugar free & dairy free cream. (only 15 cals!
)
lunch: usually veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, yellow carrots, spinach..etc. with a chicken breast or tuna. (i add freshly squeezed lime juice & salt to it to give it some flavor)
dinner: most likely like a bowl of fruit
this really keeps me satisfied but should i throw in like a hard boiled egg in there somewhere? like to my lunch? the goal is to lay off the packaged foods, breads/carbs, & dairy.
but i did hear that alternative pita bread is good & fat free skim milk.
please let me know what you think.
ohh && i drink only water & coffee.
&& i've been working out a ton..like 4-6 days per week for 160 mins. (yah! i get home smelly & drenched! but it pays off ;] )
