I really need to know what is wrong with me

I am not sure if this is anxeity related but I am totally lost.. I have hashismoto(thyriod disease) A couple years back got really sick they thought I had a stroke but found nothing but thyriod put me on too much meRAB which caused tons of other problems which no one could figure out it was all linked to my thyriod and too much meRAB, For a year I never knew what was wrong this caused me3 great anxiety. I am on paxil have been for almost a year, Everything was going fine, recently we moved with 4 kiRAB, things have been stressful, I have been having these strange symptoms and do not know if it is anxiety relatedor what I am going out of my mind.. When I go places this strange feeling comes over me, i feel like my feet are on fire and my legs or body feel week, can't really tell, My mind becomes a little mushy and I just feel like I have to hurry up and get away, I am more agitated at home, it is starting there to...Does anyone know what is happening...I am on 20mg of paxil generic and like i said was fine before...Please help
 
you might talk to your doc about panic attacks. I feel like my legs are not attached Ifeel fuzzy light headed ,breathing is hard, shaking in whole body. I feel the need for someone to hold my hand and walk me to saftey fast. If no one is around I will end up on the floor asking for help. there is more this is only part of it . But I say talk to your doc!
