OK we have 2 months tell our next up grade with Sprint. But we have a problem with them. My mom is a nurse and she is on call alot and we really need the money, and when she gets called in the middle of the night her phone will not ring, or show that she has a missed call. She has the new blackberry curve, and I have the Blackberry tour, and my phone freezes so much the screen will go white, and it will erase crap on my phone, and my service drops all the time to where I cant use my phone for at least a day. So ill be calling people and it will die so fast and it wont charge sometimes. And i would usually just go get this fixed but the problem is that I have had one replacement, and for software upgrades and they have just made my phone worse. We need a way to get out of this contract with out paying cause we are paying 170.00 a month for phones that dont work and we dont have insurance on them so we cant get new ones and they keep trying to get us to get a service booster but that wont help and we are not going to pay extra a month so our phones can only work in our house. So can you please tell me how we can get out of our contract for free, cause we are tired of this.
