Okay, so, if I turn it on..

Cannot Program
--I have it connected to the battery charger. The light is on saying that it is charging.
I have not tried to download anything onto it or anything...
?
Anyone help?!
I asked the phone carrier and the lady working said she didn't know what was wrong with it.. and the only thing I could do now is get like a go phone and put my sim card in it...
I don't want one of those stupid phones..
and also..
it isn't time for my upgrade..
so I have to do something.
