I am writing a poem for my friend about our senior year of high school but i'm stuck on what to write for the last line. Here is the poem so far:
The school year is drawing to a close.
Where we will end up, nobody knows.
I look back on all that we’ve done.
And I say to myself “now wasn’t that fun?”
I’m thankful for all the people I’ve known,
Without friends by my side, I would have been all alone.
Graduation is oh so near,
It is a time to celebrate and cheer.
As you're reading this poem,
I hope you’re not dying of boredom.
I shall leave you with these final words,
and that's all i've got so far
