I really need advice please!

This is really embarassing, but I have pin worms. Im a seventeen year old girl, and I am assuming I got them from my cat or something, because I have really good hygene. Ive tried countless cleanses and such but none seem to work. Im tired of feeling physically sick every single day, and feeling bad mentally and physically. But i am terrified to tell a doctor about this. Is there any way I can get a prescription without having to get tested? Like if I tell my doctor I have worms can they just give me the prescription, or will they have to see them or soemthing??The thought of having to do that kind of a test terrifies me. But Ive been avoiding going to the doctor for FAR too long... please help.
 
I don't know how things work in Canada but do you have to go to your regular doctor? Do you have any sort of free clinics or urgent care centers. If you do, could you go to one of those type of places? If you can, take a sample with you to give to them. Just thinking that might be less embarrassing and you'd never have to see them again.

I understand. I've never had this issue but I have animals and the thought has crossed my mind that it would be very embarrassing.

Logic says that they will require a test because there are parasites you can't "see" in the poo. You can see the worms, but there might be some you can't see also. So they will almost certainly want to test to make sure they are giving you the right drug especially since you don't know exactly how you got them. Is there anyone who can call for you and ask what there process is?

You need to get to the doctor. Cleansing won't fix this. The BS infomercials will lead you to believe they will but they won't. Good luck. If it helps, and I know it really won't, they've seen this many times before. It's just not fun when they are your "guests", huh.
