So I am probably the most unfit person ever.. But I recently started playing tennis and taking dance classes. My problem is that I have to run the mile in gym class, which is the thing I dislike the most. How can I get more motivated, or reduce my hate for running? (If that makes any sense..) Also, I have gym first thing in the morning, so how do I reduce sweating? THANKS
