I tried to use a fake id and got caught. It was my brothers id and they gave me a level two misdomeanor and i also recieved two level one misdomeanors for underage drinking and obstruction. I really dont want to go to jail and got a letter from the diversion officer that my court date is 12/21/09 i am underage and have no past criminal charges. Please be honest, tell me if you really think i will
