I read something in a magazine over the weekend that made me laugh - why?

are those free magazines in Sunday papers full of such twaddle?

It was an article about Sheree Murphy and Harry Kewell (Former Emerdale Actree and Footie player)

The article was banging on about how down to earth and normal they are and they don't go in for celebrity trappings.

In the bit where Sheree was talking about caring for her children, she mentioned having to get a maternity nurse in for thr 2 month od because the night shifts were hard on her!

Oh boo hoo - how down to earth is that?? - my god what does she think the other 99% of the population do when it comes to caring for their crying babies in the night (and holding down jobs!?)

That'll teach me to pick up a free tabloid magazine from the other halfs paper!
cow-bell, my mother is not nearby and my partner's mother died years ago - maybe we'll need help but hey guess what - we'll manage!
I'm not saying I wouldn't accept help but I wouldn't claim that I was down to earth and took care of my kids myself if I didn't - it wasn't me who gave you thumbs down.
