i put too much water in my car?

my car was running low on water so i topped it up but poured a little too much in it... now the heat is not working in the car and is just blowing out cold air would this be due to too much water
it might be summer time where u are but its absolutly freezing and lashing rain in ireland,,,,,

seems to be a fuse
 
if it was ok before that souldn`t affect it, to much water isn`t a big problem you can try getting some out of the expansion chamber undoing a pipe and let some out. even if you leave it, it will run out of the overflow pipe when the engine is hot and the water expands. it might be an air blockage, or your heater matrix at the worst. i would get it checked out.
