I PURCHASED Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 and need to reinstall?

I purchased the software and downloaded & installed online without using a cd. I have the serial numbers and everything. My computer was acting up and my buddy wiped the whole computer (windows xp) and used a backup drive. I have tried everything and when i go to open the program i get this:

"this application has failed to start because coregui.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem"

What do i do?
