I purchased a piece of pottery marked "germany 511". Is there any information on

this marking? The pottery looks similar to some blue mountain pottery. It is a small art vase with a light teal color and black. There are gold drips all the way around the top in a nice even form, only marking on it is on the bottom "Germany 511"
