G Gip New member Aug 27, 2010 #1 ...repaired for $3200. Can I sue? Is it worth it? I paid $5000 for the vehicle out right cash. Do I have any recourse on the dealership for the reimbursement for repairs of the vehicle. I looked up the lemon law and it only applies to new vehicles.
