return to Shop? I purchased a fast-lane airport play set for my son for his 4th birthday. I bought it from toys r us online. It cost me £39.99 so it wasn't cheap so for this amount of money I expected some thing of fairly good quality. I opened it this morning and was going to put it together for my son to play with but I was shocked. It was very poor quality flimsy plastic. I tried to put it together but some parts were broken other parts fell apart and broke as I tried to put them together, And the lift would not work it just kept getting jammed and stuck and would not go up and down. The airplane that came with it I gave to my son to play with whilst I tried to put airport together. The airplane fell apart within 5 minutes. Also one of the other vehicals was missing. I had enough in the end and put It all back in the box. I am not happy as it is not useable and not worth the money I paid for it. I want to send it back and exchange it for some thing else or get a refund. Do you think I will be able to return it as have opened it. Do you think toys r us will except it back. What are toys r us like with returns. HAs any one had any experience of returning things to toys r us. Any advice would be much appreciated.
