You should inquire with the company. I remember a month ago hearing how a few of the companies were taking vehicles back without question, due to the economic situation. I just can't remember which companies those were.
Just inquire, you don't have to tell them who you are if you're uncomfortable. I'm sure they'll be more than helpful.
