i pre-ordered a game in one city can i pick it up at another?

I pre-ordered a game in a city and i cant be there when the game is released. i am going to another city which has the same gamestore the day it is released. the store is "EB games" can i pick up the game if its a different store than i originally pre-ordered the game from
