I played a video game on the computer years ago, I was a fly .. anyone know the game?

I remember it wasn't a real long game, or maybe i didn't play it for a long time but it had to be at least 8 years ago or so ... give or take. As the player you were this fly and you had to go fly around and do things anyone remember that game and if so a link to player again would be great!
