I picked up a couple of paintings at a yard sale. They are painted on a heavy cloth

like canvas.? they look like ones I saw on St. Thomas when we went on a cruise. they are not framed. one measures 21 x 25 in. the other on measures 30 x 17 inches. How would one go about framing these as they are such strange sizes.
