I-phone 3gs 16 gb flash problem, halp me???

I have 5 piece I-phone 3gs 16gb in this time, phone ver 3.1.2 & 3.1.3,
i am try to flash this phone with 3.1.2.& 3.1.3 ver, but phone can not flash,
all time show error 3194, can any one tell me whats problem,
why i can not flash iphone 3gs any phone with 3.1.3 ver???????????

what is it you really trying to do??? anyways try this method.......first of all go to C:Windows/system32/driver/etc in that folder you will see a file called hosts right click on that file and open with notepad add this string 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com to the end of the document and save it then connect your phone to the computer turn it off and restart your phone in dfu mode itunes will detect your phone in restore mode click on the shift key on your keyboard then click restore on itunes find the 3.1.3 restore ipsw on your computer and click on it........

and just to let you know you cant downgrade without SHSH saved on cydia server

I am try to ur system but problem same
1, open C:Windows/system32/driver/etc/hosts open with notepad and add this string
74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com and save it,
2, then connect my phone to the computer in dfu mode,
3, itunes will detect my phone in restore mode,
4, then click on the shift key on my keyboard click restore on itunes find the 3.1.3
restore ipsw on my computer and click on it........

brother i cant downgrade my phone, because my phone ver is 3.1.2,
problem not solv,same problem error 3194, another solution
