I paid off a car loan three years ago and the bank sent me the title and I thought all was good. Now I'm trying to sell the car and I was looking at the title and I noticed that it says "1st Lien Released" but the date and authorized agent signature are blank and nothing is signed or written on the back. We've moved and the closest bank branch is over four hours away.
