I own pets and have recently gotten a mother-in-laws tongue plant...?

I learned after the purchase that this plant is toxic to pets. My question is, if it's up where the pets can't get to it, should I be worried? I guess my question is, keep the plant where they can't get it or toss it?
 
Don't worry about it at all, millions of people have this plant in their house with pets and there's is only one record of animal eating one.
