divorce how can i "evict" my ex.? i live in california. i own a small business there. i rent a place here. i own a residence in Missouri. may be getting divorce. i'm on title, on loan. everything in my name. wife lives there, i live here to tend to my business. marriage falling apart due to this. owned business prior to marriage. so i dont think it's communal property since i had business prior to marriage. can she claim half of my business as part of divorce settlement? my drivers license is expired in Missouri. is owning a home good enough for established residence even though i haven't physically lived there in two years? wife lives in my house in Missouri. after divorce..can she just stay there or can i have her leave my house or is it a common-law issue. how can i go about removing her from my residence. she hasn't been true to me and evidence suggests she's been seeing other people. all i do is work and send her money to take care of our house. marriage falling apart. please help. any legal advice would be appreciated.
