distributor of some unnamed products? I'm currently a sole proprietor and do my taxes once a year. What paperwork should I do prior to beginning to distribute my products to local convenient stores etc. I live in Minnesota if that makes a difference. I obtain my products over the internet and I am not charged tax by my supplier. Being that only the stores will charge sales tax, are there specific tax forms that I must fill out or tax ID's that I must apply for?
