If you mean you want to format your hard drive put the operating system disc in and when you see your hard drive you should see a tab saying format just click that use NTFS it is more secure.
If you have already done that accidentally and want your computer working again it is very simple just put the operating disc in like windows xp,vista or 7 then just follow through the instructions on screen.
