also have it home stead? the taxes are in the hundrends of thousands from 1991 wha can i do its from a bussiness me and my husband owned it was a partner ship we were divorced in 1994 an he settled his taxes and owes no more what can i do
 
If you filed joint returns for the years that the taxes were assessed on and he paid the taxes already then you don't owe anything. The IRS should drop the liens. (And since this is from more than 10 years ago, the SOL on collection is long past unless you agreed to extend it voluntarily so even if he didn't pay it, the IRS can no longer collect it.)
