apply the brakes. wont idle? i just changed the fuel filter recently and it acts like it wants to go even when i am at a stop. today i came upon a wreck and i had to stop for the officer, my car shoved forward with my foot on the brake, it acts good when im going above 35 MPH, can anyone help me?
