...skills. Any thoughts? I also have two employees, my partner does to. Her idea was to take the booth rent money( which here employees are on comission where as my two employees are booth rent and fall short of paying this, $100.00 a week I try to work with them, although they are coming up on top. However she wants to use an envelope method and put the money together and split it after rent has been deducted. This is my thing, would it not be more business like to not split the money and keep it for myself and my share of booth rent. I would be gaining more capital this way, I would think.
