so he went and bought his own engine from a junk yard , which he paid 250 for it , the junk place told him it had 70k but i swear to god when i seen the engine it look like it had 170k not 70k , anys so i did the labor only ofcourse no warrenty when the customer brings his own parts , so after i put the engine in the car had few other problems ,like the trans, missing, and more , so now he blames it on my for not doin the labor right, and now hes sue me for it, can he win ? when he brought it in he did not start, the engine he bought no way it had 70k i mean he paid 250 for it . can shoulld i do should i get a lawer or should i just go by my self to court?
likei said missing as cuting off , not the car missing no like engine shaking and missing , but again he brought his own engine, i have nothing do to with the engine i just did the labor
yes i did take some parts off his old engine and put it on the one he bought cuz the one he bought had some stuff missing from it ,im tellin u ppl he bought it for 250 , i mean wtf is 250 for a engine?and its a 24 v too, these engines are not cheap and if he paid 250 then he must got a cheap ass motor
