if you have a miss, first spot to look is ignition, check your distributor cap and rotor, spark plug wires, and spark plugs, make sure nothing is shorting out and that your spark plugs are gapped properly, if everything seems fine, check the fuel filter that should be mounted on the carb, could be plugged a little bit.
