I own a 1996 ford mustang. My headlights dont work.?

When i turn on the headlights they will not come on at all. High or low. The parking lights however come on and the inside interior light comes on but that's it. The only way i have lights is if i hold the turn signal assembly towards me and they are on high. That is the only type of lights that i get. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?!
 
SOME CARS HAVE A LOW BEAM FUSE, OR IT COULD JUST BE THE LOW BEAM PART OF THE HEADLIGHT BURNED OUT. TRY REPLACEING ONE OF THE HEADLIGHTS AND SEE IF IT WORKS, IF NOT ITS ELECTRICAL
 
Hi and you probably need bulbs for the lights. They are just like light bulbs - they do burn out. If I were you, I would go to the local Pep Boys or another store for automotive needs and ask them what kind of bulbs you need, If that isn't it, they will help you figure it out. I have had them work on my truck for me and I didn't even ask. If it isn't the bulbs then it may be the fuses that need replaced. Good luck and Peace out!
