when I turn any thing on? lights , radio ,wipers etc. I've had 4 alternators, 3 regulators, various wiring redone ,all ground wires are ok including the battery . when a meter is applied to the battery. 0 amps is shown .could it be a bad gauge on the dash board?
amp meters are a bad thing as they are in-line and can cause problems, just use a voltage meter, you get the same results, when it is running low, the battery is not getting charged, when it is too high, the voltage regulator is bad.
