I have racked up 3500 in attorneys fees as a result of a lawsuit. I have been paying them 75 a month for several months now. They have sent me a letter demanding payment. My options are to take a loan out, get a credit card, or pay them 300-400 dollars a month for the next year. I have no idea what to do, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I owe my lawyer $3500, and he wants the money...?
