I always ask them to let me know when posted their end?
2 days lucky-3/4 days normal-anything over unlucky. Mind you you haven't said if its coming from abroad? and i'm not sure if the postal disputes are still ongoing??
Depends where the user is.
If in america could take a week.
If else where maybe longer.
and it also depends on the dispatch date and time, and what type of mail it was sent. i.e 1st class 2nd etc.
So look up where you got it from
