I only go to the Gym 1 time a week. How much weight do i need?

WHen i go to the gym i pec fly about 40 pounds and i have dumbells at home i use, but they only weigh 15 pounds. I do 2 execrises with them like in the gym about equal to pec flys. But do i need more weight since i do 40 pounds at the gym or not?
What other exercises can i do with dumbells that are good and effective tht could help shape my pecs quickly
