Your lack of spelling and grammar ability, combined with the fact that you type like a 14 year old text message princess, disqualifies you from owning a $35,000 vehicle. That means this is a bogus question. There would be no reason to suggest a solution for your problem, because if you start to screw with daddy's Caddy in hopes of watching DVDs from the front seat while the car is moving, he will be most angry. This car is way smarter than you, and so are the people who produced it. That is a fact that you are going to have to accept.
 
Unless you are a complete raving lunatic you don't. There is a reason for the interlock. Think about it.

Oooorrrrrr .......... you can just run the power wire down to your lighter wire.
