I've had a really bad year anxiety wise. Always had anxiety, this yeara big setback though. Anyway I felt I improved last week a little and this week I find myself having random feelings of anxiety "out of the blue". Well last night I had a random wave of anxiety again and I accidentally touched my neck and noticed it felt...strange. So I deliberately checked my pulse and it was like a pulse but really fast...thump thump thump thump x 100 or whatever...but it wasn't pulsing with my actual pulse, my actualy pulse (in my chest anyway and maybe other side of neck) was a slower pulse and different rythm. The weirder part was with this fast "pulse" it felt like a flow in my neck, like I could feel the blood flowing through my veins...NOT beating but FLOWING. I only feel this after I start feeling anxious. It feels normal when I'm not anxious.
This worries me, tell me I shouldn't worry?? Maybe the reason for my "anxiety" or maybe my anxiety causes this??? Maybe it's normal...I hope. What do you think?
