My lower stomach about 3 or 4 inches below my naval on the right side is swollen and feels had now the right side is not and its soft. The right side just sticks out more than the left side does. Take in to consideration to im 6ft6 180 lbs been this same size since 10th grade in High School and now 37 yo. I have never been able to gain weight. I do have this lower gut below my naval but above it is flat as can be......I can put my hand down in that areasometimes and feel inside moving around. Its most of the time after I eat or drink. I can eat something then for like a hour its gonna make noises and can feel it moving around....Is that something with my intestines????
