i no i should diet and exercise is this normal?

i no i should diet and exercise is this normal i have put on a bit of weight to what i was i had muscle some of it is still there but i have got a bit of a belly but when i was in high school i had a 6pack and that but even though i got a bit of a belly i am a lot happier with my self i don't constantly eat junk food i do eat a lot of vegetables and all the other healthy stuff i think it's because i stopped weight lifting i want to get back into it because i have a lot more information on it now and no i don't have to lift 3 or 4 days a week for and hour or more lol when i say i don't constantly eat junk food i treat my self to a kfc on thursday with my friends and do drink alcohol not on a regular because if i did i would be out now since it is saturday night lol
