Okay yesterday was the first time in my life i inserted a tampon(im a virgin) and i think it didn't go very well because my period kind of stopped flowing and had little discharge. I got scared. Yesterday was also my first day of menses.
I usually have little bleeding in the first and third days so i thought i could cut down on pad money and use tampon instead.
But it didnt go well.
My menses started again today but little discharge. I feel awful.
Should I stick to pads or maybe use the tampons occasionally?
Im a light bleeder except on second days where I bleed like a broken pipe.
Any advises?
I'd really like to hear if I should lay off tampons for good once and for all.
