x_X i never been as stressed so meh ex father been gone for 10 maybe more years and well he came back due to my mom wanting child support ect well he first said he didnt want dna test and now he does but he keeps pulling stunts and well i cant believe how he hurting me i have curly hair like him his green eyes in the morning XD kinda odd story there well moms getting really mad cause he keeps hurting not only me but my family and she was wondering is there anything we can do to make him stop??
or pay for mental pain?eto umm. . . .like doing this stuff the land (home )we live in is under his name and he threatening to sell it and well if he does we end up on the streets im only 16 and mom barely has in of for a new home X_x what can we do about this???
basically to boil it down ex father a.k.a "father"he been gone and randomly he pops up asking for this that after mom ask for child support he missed out 10yrs he did bad stuff to mom and well now he back demanding dna tests and wanting to kick us out of home. . .what am asking is he mentally hurting us >_< he keeps calling nagging us ect and i was wondering what can I do to make this stop. . .. can i do anything by law??

Also um,he pulled a stunt he called mom saying she needed to show up somewhere wasnt clear about it well when she came home from work there was a message on the phone saying that it was "John kenedy on behalf of Dna testing "we just got a phone call its odd shouldnt we have gotten a letter? a call before this??and wasnt he dead?!
