i need your opinion. what can i do?

i know a guy likes me although he didn't say anything. actually he is a nice guy but there are too many things that stop me from being together with him. first of all, we are of different races. we might have communication problems and etc. i know this is not a big problem but i dunno why it's bugging me inside. besides, i'm quite tall and this guy looks short although he has the same height as me. recently, there is another guy who is hitting on me. actually i feel nothing but my friends keep on telling me that he likes me. he is also a nice guy but somehow i feel that we have a distance in between. my friend said that good love doesnt come often. so why dun i give both of us a chance? i'm so agree with my friend but i just cant force myself to be with him. he's very smart and i feel dumb when being with him. however, something in my heart is telling me that he is a very nice guy and i'm going to regret to let him go. so, what should i do? =/
